Jeannette M. Smith 

Jeannette Smith retired as the Community Development Director from the City of Hollywood in 2010 and the City of Miami Gardens in 2022. She now dedicates her time to volunteering in initiatives that enhance the social well-being of local residents. Her efforts involve assisting families in obtaining affordable housing, ensuring access to nutritious food, establishing community gardens, aiding students in pursuing higher education and job training, and providing various services to help individuals connect with available resources.
