My Story

Dr. Franklin Ferguson serves as Executive Director of Liberia Economic and Social Development, Inc. (LES), bringing more than 25 years of executive leadership experience across nonprofit development, affordable housing, education, fundraising, professional services, entrepreneurship, and law. Throughout his career, Dr. Ferguson has focused on building sustainable organizations, expanding access to resources, developing strategic partnerships, and creating systems that strengthen communities. As Executive Director, Dr. Ferguson brings a multidisciplinary approach to advancing LES’s mission of economic and social development while strengthening the organization’s operations, partnerships, fundraising capacity, and long term sustainability.
